Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the item being delivered. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned merchandise. Certain items, such as candles and tea, may not be eligible for returns. 

Please contact us if your item is lost or damaged and we will happily send a replacement.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Most items are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided. Vinyl purchases may be shipped with UPS with tracking information provided.
